My first gym pic on my blog. It's been over one year since I started doing this on the daily. Before I started this lifestyle I was feeling sore way too often from sitting down. The realization came when it took a lot of energy to feel out of shape. It's changed up my eating habits for the better. What good is the mind if the vessel can't execute the command?

Yes, I've neglected my blog. If you paid attention to me via social media... you'll know that I haven't gone missing.
